Hi Glenn,

I wanted to drop you a line and tell you how pleased I am with the
service you provided on this project.  The guys that were on the job
were absolute professionals and were very patient with me with all the questions that I asked during the installation.  They were also
courteous and kept the work area spotless as they did the install.  It
is because of them, that you guys are now my plumbing service. Please pass along to them a hearty thanks and because of them you now have a good customer.
